Our gift cards are available in many denominations and if you don’t find what you are looking for, we will be more than happy to customize a gift card just for you!

Currently, the Purple Ticket Gift Card/Gift Card is available only in digital format for various special occasions like weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and more.
How do I buy a Purple Ticket Gift Card?
Log onto https://giftcards.airvistara.com/ 1)Select the occasion for which you would like a Purple Ticket Gift Card. 2)Enter the amount of your choice. 3)Enter the name and e-mail address of the recipient. 4)Add your personalized message and preview the gift card. 5)Proceed to make the payment via Credit Card, Debit Card or through Net Banking. 6)Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirming the purchase, and the recipient will receive the E-Gift Card on their e-mail which they can then use to book a flight and ancillary services on www.airvistara.com or through the Vistara mobile app.
What is the validity of the Purple Ticket Gift Card?
Purple Ticket Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
How will I receive the Purple Ticket Gift Card?
The gift card will be sent to the recipient on the e-mail address/mobile number mentioned by you in recipient e-mail address and mobile number section. Currently, we do not have a provision for physical gift cards.
How can I redeem the Purple Ticket Gift Card?
Yes, Purple Ticket Gift Cards are also applicable on bookings through the Vistara Mobile App.
Can I use the Purple Ticket Gift Card to book flights on Vistara Mobile App?
The Purple Ticket Gift Card can be redeemed through the Vistara website or mobile app only, by following the below steps:1).Enter your 16-digit Purple Ticket Gift Card No. and 6-digit Pin Code.2)Click on 'Make Payment' and pay the balance amount (if any) using other payment modes listed.Please note that flights and ancillary services are not redeemable offline.
Can I use the Purple Ticket Gift Card to book flights on Vistara Mobile App?
Yes, Purple Ticket Gift Cards are also applicable on bookings through the Vistara Mobile App.
Can I redeem multiple Purple Ticket Gift Cards in one transaction?
Yes, you can redeem up to 3 Purple Ticket Gift Cards (16-digit codes) in one transaction.
What happens if the transaction amount is lower than the Purple Ticket Gift Card amount?
The balance after doing one transaction would remain in the Purple Ticket Gift Card (16-digit codes) and can be used for another transaction before the validity period.
What happens to the gift card if I cancel my booking?
The balance amount after deducting cancellation charges would be refunded to the Purple Ticket Gift Card(s) used. Customers are advised to retain their gift cards till they have completed their travel. Vistara will not responsible if the gift card is lost, stolen, or used without permission. There will be no validity extension in case of refund.
I had applied my Purple Ticket Gift Card(s) but the transaction failed, and the amount was deducted from the card. What do I do?
If the transaction was not complete after applying the Purple Ticket Gift Card(s), the amount deducted from each card will automatically be refunded within 72 hours.

I bought a Purple Ticket Gift Card, but the recipient has not received it yet.
Do not worry, your order is safe with us. The recipient will receive the Purple Ticket Gift Card on their e-mail address within 10 minutes of a successful online payment. If the recipient has not received the gift card after 1 hour, please contact our Call Centre on +91-9289228888. In case you have opted for a specific date for the delivery of the gift card, the Purple Ticket Gift Card will be e-mailed to the recipient as per that date. You can schedule the delivery up to 30 days from the date of the event.
How can I order a Purple Ticket Gift Card for a person who does not have an e-mail ID?
You can order the Purple Ticket Gift Card in the recipient’s name but enter your e-mail ID instead. You can then print this e-mail and offer it as a gift to the recipient directly.
How do I get a refund for my Purple Ticket Gift Card?
We are sorry hear you wish to cancel your Purple Ticket Gift Card order. As per our Terms and Conditions, the Purple Ticket Gift Card is unfortunately non-refundable. Please read the Terms and Conditions for more information.

Can I use my Gift Card on a package holiday?
This is unfortunately not possible at the time being, but we are doing our outmost for you to be able to redeem your card on a package holiday.
Will I receive an order confirmation after placing the order?
Upon placing the order, we will send you an order and payment confirmation e-mail on your registered e-mail address. The recipient of your Purple Ticket Gift Card will receive an e-mail with the gift card design you have selected. This e-mail will consist of the 16-digit gift card number and all the other information required for redeeming the vouchers on www.airvistara.com or through the Vistara mobile app. You can also check the Terms and Conditions of the Purple Ticket Gift Card on the link you receive via e-mail.
How do I check the balance of my Purple Ticket Gift Card order?

Can I recharge my Purple Ticket Gift Card?
Purple Ticket Gift Cards cannot be recharged but one can buy a new gift card anytime they wish!
Can I use my Purple Ticket Gift Card partially?
This depends on the Terms and Conditions of each gift card. You can find the Terms and Conditions in the e-mail sent along with the E-Gift Card. Some gift cards can be redeemed only once while others can be redeemed multiple times until the balance runs out. In case the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. No refund or credit note will be issued for an unused Purple Ticket Gift Card.
What is the validity of my Purple Ticket Gift Cards?
The validity of the Purple Ticket Gift Card will be mentioned in the e-mail and will be counted from the date of receipt of the same.
I misspelled the recipient’s name while purchasing the gift card, what do I do?

Can I redeem my Purple Ticket Gift Card from a travel agency?
You can only redeem your Purple Ticket Gift Card through our website www.airvistara.com or through the Vistara mobile app.

While we do not have a provision to do the same at the moment, rest assured, we are working to ensure one can redeem the gift cards on holiday packages too for an unforgettable travel experience. Currently, Purple Ticket Gift Cards can be used to book Vistara flights and ancillary services.
